Maryann
Maryann's music has always been mixed with elements of pop and Latin music, finding ways to have pop energy and Latin soul while keeping things fun for all, with her songs evolving with her as she grows as both an artist and a person. Finding ways to turn her life experiences, general interests and daily occurrences into songs people can connect with and enjoy has always been her main goal, and she hopes to continue doing so as time goes on.

How did Maryann come to be?
"Maryann came from a play on my own name, Mariana. It felt unique while still keeping who I am at my core. I've always loved singing, and apparently, even as a baby, as my mom tells me, my grandma used to help care for me, and I'd always babble in a song-like form. I started having classes at 8 years old and kept going until creating my first song, "Fuerte." After that, Maryann went through a lot of workshopping from "Marianita_canta" on Instagram to become the Maryann everyone knows today. Maryann and I both hope to connect to others through music the same way that music helped us out of a dark space."
